Case: Congress, transfers (45) and local tours
The request:
A pharmaceutical client in Egypt requested a local program in Amsterdam that would include a congress & relation event for their clients. They asked ZOYO Travel for a fully-arranged stay with several airport transfers, sightseeing, and local experiences. As they were inviting VIPs and regular clients, we needed to make sure we ‘upgrade’ the services accordingly.
The results:
We created a unique travel program fully-adjusted to their business program. On the ‘empty’ days, we included local sightseeing with a real local twists. Besides the 45 airport transfers (many clients arrived independently), we arranged 2 full sightseeing days that included a visit to the typical Dutch countryside, a Dutch beer tasting experience & a private canal cruise experience.

I tremendously enjoyed this trip and it will definitely not be the last, and the reason for that lies in the dedication and hard work of our young beautiful tour guide , Charlotte. This was an amazing trip because of her and I am voicing the whole group’s opinion not just mine. We all enjoyed this trip because of her, and we all felt her genuine care and affection.
