‘Luxury family visit as part of a Europe tour of 6 weeks’

The request:

An international Virtuoso agency contacted us to see if we could help organize a perfect local ‘Amsterdam’ getaway for a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 young children). The client was interested in ‘first’ class services, guides, private transportation & private activities/excursions that would be great for the whole family. They were looking for a bespoke experience but with enough ‘down’ time for the kids as they were quite young.

The result:

We directly made a few local concepts that would match their requirements. After a few calls and adjustments, we made a unique 4 day (3 nights program) that matched their requirements.

We tailor-made a unique program that displayed the Netherlands in a unique (and authentic) way. During the days, they enjoyed a private city bike tour (with some local tastes), an exclusive private (lunch) canal cruise on a historic salon boat, a private museum tour in the Van Gogh museum (especially focused on the kids), a unique (family) owned-cheese farm experience and a unique private Dutch ‘candy’ workshop. Of course, all arranged with private transportation and their private guide.
