'4-days, 45 transfers, congress & local sightseeing'
For a pharmaceutical client in Egypt, we arranged the full stay of their doctors & relations during a 4-day Amsterdam course. The clients visit the 'Future Pharma' congress that was being held in the Amsterdam RAI convention center. The (local) task of ZOYO travel was arranging a smooth & efficient visit for all staff & guests that were invited to Amsterdam.
We arranged the (private) airport transfers (incl. airport hostess), hotel, meeting sessions, hotel-congress transportation, and all gastronomic & local tour experiences.
Unique: we finished the visit with a luxury 'canal dinner cruise' that was arranged for all doctors, relations & new prospects they met during the 'FP' conference.
